What is a Delivery Centre?

It is a local venue or organisation that runs courses using our ready-to-use course content and simple delivery model

This could be: a community group, place of worship, GP surgery or even a home setting. Centres create a welcoming space where people can learn together

What is a Knowledge Sharer?

A Knowledge Sharer is a PLC member who is interested in sharing some of our course content, rather than running a course

You might share one of our handouts or practical tips. This could be done informally, perhaps when meeting a friend for coffee

How do Knowledge Sharers access our course material?

Using our Login page, you can access our Resources section, which contains our course materials. You can then choose relevant content to share with others

What do I need for the Login page?

You will need a username and password. You choose these as part of Registration

What do I need to do to Register as a Knowledge Sharer?

First, make sure you are happy with our Delivery Centre and Knowledge Sharer Agreement and Terms of Use. You may also want to review our Privacy Policy

Then, go to our Login page and complete the Registration Form. To find it, click on ‘Not a member yet? Register now’ at the bottom of the page

After submitting the Registration Form, what happens next?

Look out for a verification email. This may go to your Spam (or equivalent) folder, so please check there if necessary

Open the email and click on the ‘Accept Invitation’ button to verify your email address

Once your acceptance has been received, your registration is complete! You can then use your username and password to log in and access our Resources section

Community and Member Delivery Centres (DCs)

‘Community’ DCs (courses open to the public), ‘Member’ DCs (courses only open to members of an organisation, eg students at a school)

To contact a Delivery Centre, click the information icon (ⓘ) next to the username to view the organisation’s email address. You can then contact the Delivery Centre directly to enquire about courses, availability, or any other questions you may have
