We are delighted you are considering joining us as a member of Positive Life Courses (PLC)

PLC exists to encourage positive change by local people helping local people and we are grateful to everyone who wishes to support this vision in their community

There are two broad categories of PLC membership:

Delivery Centres
Knowledge Sharers

Delivery Centres are local venues (which could be your home) or organisations that run courses using our course content. See below for further details

Knowledge Sharers are interested in sharing some of our course content, rather than running courses. See the ‘Knowledge Sharer’ section of the Delivery Centres and Knowledge Sharers page for more details

Delivery Centres

Before registering as a Delivery Centre, check you have read the following:

Information we ask you to provide

During registration, we will ask for:

Your first name and surname
The town/city (or nearest town/city) where the Delivery Centre is located (or, if a Knowledge Sharer, where you are located)
The country of the above location
A contact email address
A contact telephone number (incl. international dialling code, if not UK)
Your organisation’s name (for Community or Member Delivery Centres – not Home Delivery Centres)

The data is needed to maintain our Delivery Centres and Knowledge Sharers page. This page shows where Delivery Centres are located and (for Community and Member Delivery Centres) provides contact details. Additionally, for Knowledge Sharers, we display the user name you selected when registering your PLC membership, location and country

Agreement to Terms

As part of registration, you will be asked to confirm that you have read and agree to the “Terms & Conditions” by ticking a confirmation box. By doing so, you confirm that you have read and agree to the documents listed at the top of this page

Maintaining Approved Delivery Centre status

We hope to build positive, supportive and trustworthy relationships with all Delivery Centres

If serious or ongoing concerns arise regarding compliance with the Delivery Centres and Knowledge Sharers Agreement, we will normally contact you first to discuss the matter. However, PLC reserves the right to remove a Delivery Centre from the Approved Delivery Centres list and withdraw access to course materials and login facilities where necessary

Please note that our course materials may only be used in accordance with the Delivery Centres and Knowledge Sharers Agreement

Delivery Centres are expected to act respectfully, lawfully and in a manner consistent with PLC’s aims and values

Next step

To register, go to the Login page and, at the bottom of the page, click:
“Not a member yet? Register now.”

This will take you to the Registration page, where you can enter your details and create your Login.

Accessing the Resources section

Once you have completed registration, you should receive an email asking you to verify your email address. This email will include your Login username.

After verifying your email address, log in with your Login details. You can now access the Resources section. Simply click on ‘Resources’ in the site map at the top right-hand corner of any page on the website to open the Resources Table of Contents page and navigate the available resources. On the site map, you will find ‘Resources’ at the bottom of the list of pages (below ‘Login’)
